Provide assistance to the Human Resources Department in various areas such as Payroll, Benefits, Salary Administration, Talent Acquisition, and other special projects.

HR Assistance:
– Ensures that all the I9’s forms (Authorization to Work in the
The United States) are audited and has been submitted

– Employee Personnel Files- File in Share Point folders

– Send and track Performance Reviews from the beginning of the
year through to date

– Distribute Annual and 6-Month reviews

– Remind Employees and Managers to complete Performance

– Distribute Cell phone and social media Acknowledgement Forms and ensure employees sign and return the forms
– Add all eligible new hires to the Life Insurance website

– Audit recent new hires personnel files to ensure complete
documentation needed

– Assist on Employee Retention program

– Assist on Employee Newsletter

– Assist on Employee of the Month Program

– Update all HR Forms as needed

Talent Acquisition Assistance:
– Onboarding Paperwork such as Offer letters, background
checks, etc.

– Review new resumes through Job Boards

– Follow up with candidates after the interview to inform the status

– Collection of Paperwork after an offer has been sent

– Interview scheduling

– 30-60-90 day check-in with New Hires
