Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Handles all facets of Accounts Payable including:
- Matching invoices versus purchase orders
- Entering payables into Quick Books
- Preparing invoices to be paid
- Provides Data Entry related to Key Performance Indicators including:
- New members
- Cancelled members
- Cashflow/payments from members
- Other Data Entry work includes:
- Marketing data
- Produce and services data
- Other projects and reporting analysis as directed
- Provides financial analysis on all data to provide business intelligence to owners
- May assist with other accounting functions in the future including:
- Prepare monthly financial statements
- Prepare monthly tax reports
- Provide payroll and accounting administrative support to owners
- Assists with general admin support
- Identify issues that cannot be resolved remotely in a quick and efficient manner.
Key Qualifications include the following:
- 3-5 years of Bookkeeping experience
- Intermediate Excel (or better)
- QBO
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Will have some communication with the vendors
- Will need frequent communication with owners
- Pro-active – be sure to ask questions if not fully understand
- Provide insight from data analysis
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable
