Job Description:
This is a position primarily responsible for accurately processing bi-weekly payroll. There may be some cross training on accounts payable related tasks in the future, of which the company will provide training. This position requires a cooperative approach with internal personnel, academy personnel, and outside vendors.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Provide regular updates and payroll bi-weekly
- Reviewing timesheets 3x a week
- Cross referencing timesheets to the schedule
- Generating a weekly labor hour report
- Tracking non-paid labor that we get from the state (TSEs – Transitional Subsidized Employment)
- Additional labor related tracking and analysis tasks will be given in the future
- Prepares payroll and all payroll tax returns on a timely basis.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Key Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
Experience
- 2–3 years of proven payroll processing or accounting experience.
- Demonstrated history of supporting US-based business operations.
Technical Skills
- Intermediate Excel proficiency (report generation, data analysis).
- Foundational knowledge of accounting principles and regulatory payroll requirements.
- Familiarity with Paycom or similar payroll platforms (preferred).

Shift / Hours:
Monday – Friday Payroll Period – 11PM to 3AM; Operating hours are subject to adjustment as additional duties are assigned; however, the role will maintain its night shift requirement.
