So Far, Yet So Near

(In the recently concluded 8th Virtual Anniversary Celebration of MCVO Talent Outsourcing Services, one of our business advisors, Ms. Malaya V. Libunao, shared a heartfelt message of appreciation and gratitude. We are happy to share her message!)

Thousands of miles. Roads can not even serve. Thousands of plane fare. The very beautiful & graceous face can be found- Ms “C” , our CEO, MCVO’s WONDERWOMAN!

Majority, if not all, companies in the Philippines, employees experience difficulties in attaining an audience with their CEOs. In MCVO, any minute, situation, name it, our CEO makes it a point, that her presence is felt.

Meetings are never dull & waste of time. Ms”C” has always kind words to say, even during work challenges. She never fails to fill the hearts of those who perform well with praises, accords unending understanding for those who do not.

Isn’ t it fun and self- fulfilling to work in an office, in MCVO, where the CEO, spearheads, with a HUGE HEART for her employees, otherwise known in MCVO, as the Team Players?

I thought, Blessings could only come straight from OUR ALMIGHTY GOD…

Just as I joined MCVO, I vividly captured that Blessings could come not from Heaven alone, but also elsewhere, from SOMEONE WHOSE HEART WAS MADE FROM HEAVEN!
