  • Track and submit financing
  • Reconcile financing
  • Finalize items delivered from delivery tickets
  • Pull purchase orders from myriad and place orders in Ashley
  • Scan and place orders for mattresses
  • Weekly Mattress report
  • Meeting set ups
  • Spreadsheets or manual reporting needs as requested 
  • Run Furniture Care Protection report and submit in protection contracts in FCP portal
  • Respond to Yelp/Google/FB reviews for all three stores
  • Various Reports – extraction of data from Myriad & TRAX Systems and manipulating based on request 
  • Facebook & Instagram Posting on company behalf
  • Ad hoc requests  / assisting with projects as directed
  • Email management 
  • Scheduling meetings and calendar management
  • Interfacing with key staff members
  • Assisting with travel
  • Working within their CRM
  • Light Bookkeeping
  • Provides documentation (Standard Operating Procedures) for many departments
