Bookkeeper

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Handles all facets of Accounts Payable including:
Matching invoices versus purchase orders
Entering payables into Quick Books
Preparing invoices to be paid
Provides Data Entry related to Key Performance Indicators including:
New members
Cancelled members
Cashflow/payments from members
Other Data Entry work includes:
Marketing data
Produce and services data
Other projects and reporting analysis as directed
Provides financial analysis on all data to provide business intelligence to owners
May assist with other accounting functions in the future including:
Prepare monthly financial statements
Prepare monthly tax reports
Provide payroll and accounting administrative support to owners
Assists with general admin support
Identify issues that cannot be resolved remotely quickly and efficiently.
Key Qualifications include the following:
3-5 years of Bookkeeping experience
Intermediate Excel (or better)
QBO
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Will have some communication with the vendors
Will need frequent communication with owners
Pro-active – be sure to ask questions if not fully understand
Provide insight from data analysis
Strong attention to detail
Reliable
