Senior Customer Service / Help Desk

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.

  • Creating accounts in the management software
  • Migrate accounts from the old system into the new system
  • Provide demos to prospective new clients (either one-on-one, or in a group)
  • Move client information from old studio management system to ShootQ
  • Communicate with clients efficiently as issues, questions arise on specific orders
  • Train and mentor back-up Data Entry support


Key Qualifications:

  • Creating accounts
  • Strong English skills with minimal accent
  • Experience presenting and/or giving product demonstrations
  • Good written communication that includes, follow- up skills to ensure the issues are resolved in their entirety, and ensure that top clients are satisfied.
  • Quick learner
  • The ability to solve and diffuse a variety of challenges and situations
  • Strong technology background experience is a plus, including experience with WordPress, Intercom, and other web-based platforms
