Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Training
- Perform regular consultation meetings with key personnel and department head
- To determine the needs of Photo Editors for different editing software such as Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
- Identify and initiate action steps to improve photo editing performance.
- Execute training needs analysis, formulate modules and conduct appropriate training for Photo Editor employees including but not limited to editing skills training, color grading, quality of photos etc.
- Prepare a copy of training materials such as module summaries, videos, and presentations.
- Schedule appropriate cross-training sessions to maximize their efficiency.
- Plan and implement an effective training curriculum.
- Knowledgeable in his/her field of expertise and possess solid technical aptitude.
- Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency.
- Provide necessary training for all onboarding editors.
Productivity Monitoring
- Conduct appropriate touch-base/coaching sessions with editors.
- Provide feedback and join the evaluation meeting if needed.
- Identify and initiate action steps to improve photo editing performance.
- Assist photo editors in editing whenever necessary to meet the target TAT and expectation.
- Provide a monitoring sheet for their attendance and breaks.
- Delegate tasks and set deadlines
- Address any work-related concerns of the client and editors, and escalate to the department head if necessary.
- Assist all the concerns of the client/editors.
- Collaborate with the department head in bringing effective methods to improve the productivity of the team and make the system more streamlined.
Quality Checking
- Provide QC for different clients before sending the orders to the department head.
- Ensure the editing outputs are meeting the client’s expectations
- Work with the department head in analyzing specifications of new potential clients.
