Office-Based Virtual Assistant
– Calendar management which including scheduling and organizing
– Manage emails, following up on opportunity’s, prioritizing emails and tasks
– Assists with presentations as needed
– Marketing – creating e-newsletters, social media posts and helping maintain brand awareness and relevance online
– Acts as a “right hand” to owners and interacting with other team members
Key Qualifications of Talent:
– Very strong organizational skills
– Ability to multi-task
– Strong English written and verbal communication skills
– Strong attention to detail
– With marketing experience such as helping with Social Media, Branding & e-newsletter
– Helping with scheduling and organizing
– Amenable to work any shift
