Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

● Day to Day duties:
o Answering phone and either taking the call or routing each call to the correct place.
o Talking to prospective clients and sharing the benefits of working with Nova Home Care
▪ This includes routing calls to other colleagues and convincing prospects to partner with Nova Home Care

o Responding to emails online concerning new potential clients.
o Responding to Facebook ads, and website inquiries from prospective clients or employees and relaying
that information over to care coordinator, HR specialist or office manager.
o Taking notes from phone calls and relaying information to the Office manager on calls for each day.
● Type memos, correspondence, agendas and reports as required.
● Assists with accounting functions as assigned, e.g., ledger entering, account processing, etc.
● Makes appointments and informs staff members of meetings.
● Maintains files for the Agency.

Key Qualifications include the following:

● Must have a college degree
● Must have a minimum of 3 years office experience.
● Must have strong oral and written communication skills
● Must possess typing and other clerical skills.
