The Marketing Analyst supports the organization’s business objectives of maximizing company profits, developing sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
In this role, you will develop and drive reporting and analysis of Mini-Circuits’ sales activities, product successes as well as new opportunities in order to communicate the performance of campaigns to managers. You will use Tableau software to produce financial and market intelligence by querying data repositories and CRM systems, including Salesforce, and generating various reports. You will devise methods for identifying data patterns and trends. Work with key business units and across different teams to understand, redefine and create new analytics. Lead the effort of developing compelling data visualizations, dashboards and reports on Tableau Server platform and in Salesforce CRM system. Present and communicate results of analysis in a clear and effective manner will be a key point of success.

Teamwork is essential as the individual will work with various teams including Sales, Technical Marketing, Product Marketing, Finance, Marketing Communications, Supply Chain, Engineering and Management to achieve growth goals.
Job Function (day-to-day responsibilities):
Support the work of Technical Marketing, New Business Pipeline Management and Product Market Management teams and Mini-Circuits executives on projects directed at meeting company business goals and objectives; ensure completion of deliverables
Participate in market analysis; identify, develop and/or evaluate marketing and sales strategies to increase gross margin and maximize return on investment
Coordinate development and implementation of marketing activities to promote Mini-Circuits’ products and ensure enhanced brand recognition
Review the results of marketing efforts and work with the Management to refine future initiatives
Assist in strategic planning and managing the execution of promotional campaigns, including project management and managing progress throughout campaign lifecycle
Develop dashboarding in Tableau and Salesforce to concisely deliver information in an intuitive manner.
Continuously follow up with campaign statistics and identify trends.
Create data visualizations to clearly illustrate trends and speak to issues affecting patterns/changes in patterns
Act as primary contact for project trafficking with Rep’s, customers and internal teams; organize and optimize workflow to ensure that all elements are handled according to procedures and set schedule
Assist with and/or participate in lead generation activities using internet and industry trade references
Organize sales leads to generate new leads and additional sales
Work with Marketing, Sales & New Business Pipeline Teams to develop customer contact strategies to deepen prospect relationships and increase sales opportunities
Gather competition information on pricing, products, delivery schedules, etc.
Develop and maintain process, procedure, and workflow documentation as needed
Create and update databases showing customer usage of products, market trends and other sales-related data.
Collect, analyze, and summarize data and prepare various reports in support of VP of Marketing, Sr. New Business Pipeline Manager and departmental needs
